To remove the autojoin from another Mirc script you will have to open Mirc Options.
You will be looking for Perform, depending on the Mirc you are using you will see one of the 2 pics below.
You can either uncheck "Enable perform on connect" or you can delete the text out of the box, then click ok on all.
